Return Policy

*Please note that returns must be returned the same way that they were purchased. If you purchased items online they can only be returned by being shipped back to the warehouse. If you purchase items in our store they can only be returned in store

 

Full Priced Items (No Discount Code Applied)

Swimsuits and Basix purchased at full price are eligible for refund, excluding the shipping cost, and must be returned within 14 days of delivery. When returning items, please keep your tracking number as the carrier can experience issues including losing the items during transit or delivering them to an incorrect address. All items must be in their original form and packaging with sizing tags or hygienic liners  attached. The items must be unworn, with no stains, damage, or strong odors (including perfume) being emitted from the item. If an item has been determined to be stained, damaged, or have any of the prior issues stated, the return will be rejected and can be sent back to the customer at their expense. If the customer refuses to pay the shipping expense to receive their items back, the items will be discarded.

 

Items Purchased with a Discount Code

Swimsuits and Basix purchased with a discount code are only eligible for store credit, excluding the shipping cost, and must be sent back within 14 days of delivery. Final Sale Items

Hats, face masks, accessories, nails, items purchased at $16 or less, and items purchased buy one get one free are final sale and are ineligible for return. If a customer attempts to return final sale items they will be charged a final sale fee and the return will be rejected and can be sent back to the customer at their expense. If the customer refuses to pay the shipping expense to receive their items back, the items will be discarded.

 

Fragrance

The Matte Collection signature fragrance can only be returned if the item has not been opened and is in its original packaging. If the perfume has been opened or sampled it is ineligible for return. 

 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges, only returns. If your item is eligible for return you can return the item and then repurchase once your refund or credit has been issued.
