Am I able to exchange an item from my order?
We do not offer exchanges at this time. You can return the item as long as it is eligible and purchase a different size or style once you have received your refund or credit.
Can I modify an item from my order?
Once an order has been placed we are unable to make changes to the items in the order. As long as the order has not yet been fulfilled we can cancel the order and you can repurchase with correct quantities or sizes.
Am I able to pick up my order?
We do not allow pick-ups from the warehouse
I placed an order and submitted the incorrect address. How can I fix this?
Contact customer service at hello@mattecollection.com with your order number and the correct shipping address so that we can correct this for you. Please note once the order is processed and a shipping label is created we will not be able to modify.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping!
How can I cancel my order?
Send an email to customer service at hello@mattecollection.com as long as the order has not been fulfilled they will be able to cancel your order. After the order has been fulfilled we are no longer able to cancel your order.
I received my order but an item is missing, what do I do?
Send an email to customer service at hello@mattecollection.com with your order number and the name of the missing item.

I placed an order and did not receive a confirmation email.
There may be a typo in the email provided during checkout. Send an email to customer service at hello@mattecollection.com with your first and last name, shipping address, and the email address you would like the confirmation email to be sent to.
