Return Policy

*Please note that returns must be returned the same way that they were purchased. If you purchased items online they can only be returned by being shipped back to the warehouse.

Full Priced Items (No Discount Code Applied)

Swimsuits and Basix purchased at full price are eligible for refund , excluding the shipping cost, and must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Swimsuits and Basix items purchased at full price are eligible for store credit (excluding shipping) if returned within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be received within 14 days after delivery. Please note that all packages received outside of the 14 day window will be automatically issued a store credit. When returning items, please keep your tracking number as the carrier can experience issues including losing the items during transit or delivering them to an incorrect address. All items must be in their original form and packaging with sizing tags or hygienic liners attached. The items must be unworn, with no stains, damage, or strong odors (including perfume) being emitted from the item. If an item has been determined to be stained, damaged, or have any of the prior issues stated, the return will be rejected and can be sent back to the customer at their expense. If the customer refuses to pay the shipping expense to receive their items back, the items will be discarded.

Items Purchased with a Discount Code

Swimsuits and Basix purchased with a 25% off or higher discount code are only eligible for store credit, excluding the shipping cost, and must be sent back within 14 days of shipment. All items must be in their original form and packaging with sizing tags or hygienic liners attached. Final Sale Items and Last Call Items

Hats, face masks, accessories, nails, mystery boxes, sale items purchased at $20 or less, and items purchased buy one get one free are final sale and are ineligible for return. If a customer attempts to return final sale items they will be charged a final sale fee and the return will be rejected and can be sent back to the customer at their expense. If the customer refuses to pay the shipping expense to receive their items back, the items will be discarded.

Fragrance

The Matte Collection signature fragrance can only be returned if the item has not been opened and is in its original packaging. If the perfume has been opened or sampled it is ineligible for return.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges, only returns. If your item is eligible for return you can return the item and then repurchase once your refund or credit has been issued.

Return To Sender

If a return to sender is processed by the carrier, once the package has been received you will be issued store credit minus the shipping fee.

I am so happy with these, I have had to physically restrain myself from buying them in every single color available in my size. I purchased the XL-Long. I usually wear 34" inseam pants, PLUS I have a big booty (34" waist and 46" hip measurements). I have never in my LIFE been able to find sweatpants that look cute and girly on me and flatter my booty and curves. Normally, to get the right length, I have to buy pants that are way too big and then deal with sagging super low in the crotch and being huge in the waist. These Matte Long Joggers actually fit so perfectly. Length is amazing, even longer than I need, so they look cute and bunchy at the bottoms where the scrunch is - my long legged girlie DREAM. The waist is so cute and flattering, coming in right over my belly button, right where the matching crop hoodie falls for an incredibly flattering fit and shape. The material is so soft and thick and plush. I will be so comfy wearing these outside for jogs this winter. It will be so much better than running in 20 - 40 degree F weather with thin leggings on. I washed AND dried them and they did not shrink. I bought 2 more pairs, along with their matching crop hoodies. PLEASE restock Sage in XL -Long, with the Sage Crop Hoodie in L!

It’s very soft and comfortable . I love the wide leg because it makes it look more stylish. I would have given it a five star but it was way too long. I got a small which what normally wear unless I know something runs big.
