I’m a 5’3 152 pounds and I ordered a size small and they fit perfect. They’re high waisted & fit snug around my stomach . I hope that helps because nobody likes to leave their height size anymore lol

I bought 2 pairs size extra large, but if I lose about 5 pounds, they will be a little too big. I am 5‘5“, 220 pounds, and somewhat curvy. The fabric is so soft and thick. These are some of the best leggings I’ve ever purchased.
